Our Mission Alignment program is designed to translate your company’s overall direction into simple, individual tasks and activities that your team members can immediately put into action. We can give you a practical 2-day workshop to connect strategy and execution. After this, strategy becomes something you do; not just something you plan and talk about.
Classification program days
Program day 1
The program on strategic growth takes place during 2 consecutive days. The first day consists of presenting the philosophy of mission command (also called mission leadership in business environments). Presenting the leader’s mission plan and developing team members mission plans. These plans will be built in a unique, simple format allowing easy planning going forwardas well as tracking and uniformity in the individual plans.
Program day 2
The second day of the program is unique for the team leader as well as for the team members. This day, the team members will present their individual mission plans. This allows the team leader to understand how his plan is broken down, translated, cascaded and going to be delivered with help of our performance management coaches. It allows the rest of the team to identify interdependencies and what support is needed.
At the end of the workshop, the team will have clear understanding of each other’s plans, how they are related, and they will have dealt with overlaps and/or gaps. They will also have an agreed management routine reinforced/identified to allow for the mission plans to remain updated, ensuring the overall mission will be delivered. If the team leader wishes, it is possible to combine this workshop with Leadership Coaching to reach ultimate synergy between team and leader.
